Look what arrived today?

I am SERIOUS when I say I LOVE this HAT from Elaine & Nick. Elaine knows how to pick stylish headwear!

Abby just loves her PURPLE hat too. How did she know it was my favorite color???? And the little card too.

For the holiday weekend just passed we lazed about in the yard enjoying the unbearabl;e heat, humidity and mosquitos....

Yes, this is baby Percy's paw. Just as Percy is beloved by Abby, Zoe has a baby Percy Pig from "Great Aunt Elaine".

She won't be the BIG SISTER for too much longer....

Abby had her first recital at school - see her in the front row. She had a very important part. She had to memorize lines about a special "talking drum" that was found in Africa and then play it.... She had a blast.

Look at the Princess Bed? Do you think this will encourage Abby to sleep in her own bed all night.........? So far NO.

And last but not least - Zoe started the preliminary crawl technique which consists of the "rocking motion" on all fours. She just started this week and has already progressed to the "backwards shuffle". Quite impressive.
